I purchased tickets but did not receive a confirmation email, what do I do?

How do I sign up or create an account to buy tickets?

 

  • Event attendees do not have logins to our website at this time. Please proceed to purchase event tickets as a guest and your tickets will be sent to your email entered during checkout.

 

How do I find the event I want to attend?

 

  • Events are listed on the host school’s page only.  Please click on "Find Events" in the main menu and search for the host organization to find the list of events.

 

When purchasing a ticket, is entering my credit card information safe on Justagame Tickets?

 

  • Justagame Tickets has partnered with Stripe, the global leader in payment processing software for e-commerce websites and mobile applications. The entire website is also protected with SSL.

 

 

Can I print my tickets?

 

  • Yes, if the event organizer is using the "scan" method you may print your tickets and bring a paper copy of your ticket to the gate.
    • You can find a "Print Tickets" button on the top of your ticket link

 

Can I receive a refund on my tickets?

 

 

  • Unfortunately, all sales are final.
